I had the opportunity to work at the Dubai and London headquarters of the world’s most prestigious airline with people of over a hundred nationalities, and to travel to every continent on the planet. Then I gained experience in consultancy and management at acclaimed international consulting firms. I experienced first-hand that success measured only by status and income is not enough. The only goal should not be building a career, but to achieve an oveall wellbeing.

Coming from top-tier human resources search & selection solution providers, with 10+ years experience at Arthur Hunt Group and at Recruitment International, I joined the boutique company of Indra-Consulting. The enterprise is established by my close colleague with whom it is an evident career progress to be present on the regional market. Beyond my search & selection mandates I take active part in building corporate strategy and business origination. Being engaged either as a headhunter or as a leadership consultant what really drives me is the human capital.
