My recruitment career have been started in 2014 as a Research Associate at Indra Consulting, than in 2016 I became a Recruitment Consultant. The enterprise is established by my close colleague with whom it is an evident career progress to be present on the regional market. Beyond my search & selection mandates I take active part in building corporate strategy and business origination. Being engaged either as a headhunter or as a leadership consultant what really drives me is the human capital. I started my career on the field of biotechnology as an engineer. I think it is really important to give space to development, which makes our environment more livable and suitable. I have known Brigitta, the founder of Indra Consulting, for a long time, and she has been supporting me to find my own profession. During and after my university studies I mostly worked on the fields of retail and customer service, and I did not even think that I will have a job in the recruitment area.
